What can I claim for following an E-scooter accident?

When you have experienced an accident, it can be difficult to know what you can claim. At Accident Claims Lawyers, we take the stress out of the claim.  Avoid financial anxiety by letting our legal professionals take care of your claim while you take care of your recovery.

Here is a list of a few of the things you can claim for if you’re in an electric scooter accident:

Personal injury –

Following an accident, you may be able to claim for the pain and suffering caused by injuries you have sustained. You can claim for all different types of injuries, including more serious injuries.

Loss of earnings –

If you have to take time off work following an accident, you may be able to recover any lost earnings.

Damaged e-scooter, helmet or clothing –

If you have been in a serious accident, then you may be able to claim for the cost of the damaged equipment. In an e-scooter accident, this may include your e-scooter, and the helmet or clothing you were wearing at the time of the accident.

Care and assistance –

Whilst you are recovering after the accident, if you require care from your friends or family to get you back on track, you may be able to claim for this.

Treatment costs –

After your accident, you may require medical treatments to get you back on track. You may be able to claim for the costs (if medical treatment is required). This may include private physiotherapy, rehabilitation services or surgery etc.
